Please note we will require a valid credit/debit card number to confirm all online bookings. Should you wish to amend or cancel your booking, please use the link in your confirmation email, as phone calls or messages may be missed.
Bookings may be amended up to 12 hours before the reservation time without charge.
There will be a charge of £10.00 per person made to your card for any “no show” or cancellation of which we have no prior notice.
Due to the ongoing misuse of parking spaces by non-patrons, Smart Parking (UK) Ltd. now fully manages our on-site car parking, utilising their ANPR cameras and Smart tablets. Rest assured, our customers will not be charged for parking. Our goal is to maximise availability for our patrons.
Upon arrival, please proceed to the end of the bar and enter your vehicle’s registration number on the white tablet next to the till. This process requires no additional personal information. If you must leave your car overnight, please ensure it is collected before 10 am.

For all reservations, we require card details to secure your table; however, no charge is made to the card in advance. Please be aware that a £10.00 per person fee will apply if you do not arrive for your reservation.
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required for parties of nine or more at the time of booking, unless the reservation is for a Christmas booking or special occasion, in which case any party size may be asked for a deposit. If the reservation is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited. Should a deposit refund be approved, an administrative fee of £10.00 will be charged. Deposit payments can be made in cash or by credit or debit card, and are taken in pound sterling. For any queries, please contact us.
Il Rosso accepts no responsibility for private property on the premises and holds no liability for lost property returned to an incorrect owner, including instances of false representation of ownership.
Property left on the premises will be retained for three months, after which it will be disposed of.
To reclaim lost property, a detailed description of the item(s) and/or proof of identity, as well as the date the item was left, will be required.
While every effort will be made to identify and contact the potential owner of lost property, including searching the item, the property will not be returned unless the claimant provides the necessary details as outlined above.
